Episode 18 WIP

Building WIP between episodes. Break the rules of one piece flow. Check the process map. Now to determine what to talk about in Episode 18, ISO, Training, Interviews, Gemba. Well I think Gemba and the Gemba Walk would be a good subject (feed back driven right now)
