I will go into Value Stream Maps and their use. I will try to keep it to 30 Min. This is based on feed back I have received. I appreciate it very much.
Have some other ideas in the near future that will get kind of confusing to some. I want to try to tie in some more using LSS and PM in your personal life to help perfect your use of the tools that are available.
